Bluebeard’s Castle Sidebars
The Atlanta Opera reached out for help editing a series of Sidebar videos for their upcoming production of Bluebeard’s Castle. Their version was a dramatic rethinking of the original Opera by Bela Bartok, reimagining it as a commentary on alzheimers. This series of videos talking with the Director, Singers, and Conductor delve into the details of how this unique opera came to be and everything that went into making it happen. I edited footage shot by the Atlanta Opera to put together these three videos which were featured on their site and social media ahead of opening night.
